2. Cancellation Policy: The amount paid is non-refundable.
3. Damage and Incident Charges: Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property and may be charged for repairs, replacements, or penalties, including smoking fines.
4. User Account: Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account and are solely responsible for all activities conducted through it. Room247 & Co. is not responsible for any unauthorized access due to negligence.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be settled under the terms and conditions in the Allahabad court.
6. Liability Limitations: Room247 & Co.'s liability is limited to the payment made for the booking unless otherwise specified. In case of natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, they will not be liable for unavailable rooms.
